We disseminate knowledge about gender and gender equality through several websites, databases and social media. Here is a description of our communication channels and how you can access them!
www.genus.se – our primary communication channel for research and knowledge on gender and gender equality.
www.includegender.org – a portal for information and news related to gender equality, practical examples and concrete tool for gender equality work.
www.nikk.no – gathers and disseminates information about policy, practice and research related to gender equality in the Nordic countries, on behalf of the Nordic Council of Ministers.
www.gig.gu.se – information about gender research at the University of Gothenburg.
We have developed three databases together with KvinnSam – National Resource Library for Gender Studies at the Gothenburg University Library.
This database contains references to Swedish PhD theses in gender research.
This database, the Gender Researchers Database, contains information about gender researchers in Sweden, at PhD level and higher.
This database contains references to literature on gender mainstreaming and gender equality in a broader sense.
We have three web portals that disseminate information about events, funding opportunities and job vacancies in the field of gender and gender equality in the Nordic countries and beyond. The portals are hosted by NIKK and various Nordic knowledge centres.
GenderFund provides information about funding of research and projects.
GenderJob helps you find job opportunities with a gender or gender equality profile.
GenderKalenderN helps you keep track of Nordic and international conferences, meetings, seminars, call for papers, PhD courses etc.
We regularly send out electronic newsletters and other information from the Secretariat, often in both Swedish and English.
